The Bob Marshall Wilderness is known as some of the most remote backcountry in the lower 48. Numerous river systems and drainages make up some great habitat, and the most pristine country you’ll find. This area produces bulls in the 5×5, 250” class, all the way up to big 6×6’s in the 350”+ class. This wilderness is a game rich environment, and you can get the over the counter bear and wolf tags and make this a combo hunt for no extra cost (other than tags)! On this hunt, you can even see moose, mountain goats, and bighorn sheep.
Ever look through your scope at a bugling bull? This is one of the few areas to allow early season rifle hunts for trophy bulls during the peak of the rut. We hunt 9 major drainage’s on these early season hunts – from dark timber to open slides, meadows, high open country, and everything in between. Elevations vary from 4400 feet to over 7000 feet. The country is remote, rugged and wild.
No corners are cut when preparing for your hunt. You will be pleasantly surprised at our clean, comfortable base camps. We serve excellent meals, use quality equipment, and provide excellent horses that are well conditioned and ready to go.
From camp we travel by horseback to different drainage’s during each hunt. This enables us to access some of the most remote and beautiful areas in the country. Expect a rigorous and challenging hunt that is not for the faint of heart.
